How We Use Cookies

• Essential cookies keep the site running smoothly and enable secure login or payment flows.
• Analytics cookies (only when consented to) help us understand how visitors use FELS Design so we can improve the experience.
• Payment & security cookies from providers such as Stripe and PayPal detect fraud and process payments safely.

Managing Your Preferences

On your first visit you will see a cookie banner where you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or open the preferences panel. The banner stores your choice for up to 12 months (or until you clear your browser data).

You can reopen the banner any time by clearing the cookie named cookie_consent or by using the “Manage preferences” link displayed on the banner. Browser settings also allow you to delete or block cookies.

Our Consent Tools

We use a bespoke consent solution documented in the technical guide. It wraps the application in aConsentProvider and renders a CookieConsentBanner that:

• Records analytics consent in local storage and mirrors it to a simple Y/N cookie.
• Provides a preferences modal so you can toggle analytics on or off.
• Links directly to this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy for full transparency.
